Hi Jim,

There is also a good Urdu naskh font designed by Kamal Mansour at Monotype,
which works with Nisus. It's not a word processor but one can take
advantage of Nisus' features and also mix fonts reasonably well.

Kamal is working on a nastaliq font. That presents more difficulties due to
its multi-level nature, which is problematic with existing operating
systems.
