The Students' Conference of Linguistics in India (SCONLI) is a two day<br>
international conference organized annually by students. SCONLI strives to<br>
provide a platform to the research students to share their research with the<br>
international audience. The aim of the Conference is to promote research<br>
activities among students of Linguistics. This Conference is a step towards<br>
building a network of future generation of linguists for better, in depth and<br>
widespread work in the area of linguistics. The fourth SCONLI is being organized<br>
by the Department of Linguistics, University of Mumbai, India.<br>

Post-graduate and research students of Linguistics in India and abroad are<br>
invited to submit their abstracts in the following areas but not limited to these:<br>

Abstract submission:<br>
Only abstracts submitted via e-mail will be considered. Please send your<br>
abstracts written in English to <a href="mailto:sconli4.mumbai@gmail.com" target="_blank">sconli4.mumbai@gmail.com</a>.<br>
<br>
The abstract submitted for review should contain original, unpublished research.<br>
Each participant may submit only one abstract for a single author paper and one<br>
for a joint paper. The abstract should extend at most to two A4 size pages,<br>
including the data and a short list of references, using 12pt single spaced<br>
Times New Roman font. It should be submitted via e-mail in both doc and PDF<br>
formats. Only abstracts submitted in both formats will be entertained. The<br>
subject line of the e-mail containing the abstracts should say 'Abstract for<br>
SCONLI 4'. Please send the properly filled registration form along with the<br>
abstract.<br>
