World Wide Words competition

It seems that my wording for the competition was less than
adequately clear, to judge from early entries. The example about
a word for reading somebody's newspaper surreptitiously was just
that: an example. The competition actually asks for *any* new
word that the language needs but does not yet possess. Please be
inventive and cast your mental nets wide.
