"Babaloo!"--a Jamaican word for people without common sense. It has never left me since my time working on a cruise ship. I still use it here sometimes.

"Vo Duyen," which literally means no charm. It is very widely used and given to a specific person, especially if that person caused a disappointing situation. The good thing about this phrase is that the situation can be both serious and non-serious.

I passed by the Vien Ngon Ngu Hoc, Institute of Linguistics, National Center for Social Sciences and Humanities, 20 Ly Thai To, Hanoi. I don't know if they have a web site.
