Classic Monkeygland Burger

    Greetings from Knysna, South Africa.  I have been to a kraal, but I don't
have the SA dictionary handy in my back pocket.

    Steers is the name of the local Wendy's.  It specializes in flame-broiled
burgers.  A new one advertised on the menu is the "Classic Monkeygland
Burger."
    Ooh, monkeygland!  Yum!!
    I was told that "monkeygland" is a South African bbq sauce, and that it
contains no monkeys.  There were 15 hits for this on Altavista; I haven't
checked Lexis/Nexis.
