An upcoming conference is entitled:  The impacts of white-tailed deer on
the biodiversity and economy of Pennsylvania: Finding solutions to one
of Pennsylvania's greatest ecological challenges.  The conference is a
creation of the Audubon Society and other conservation groups.  As noted
by one person, "We need to build stronger relationships with a lot of
these people to look at the total impacts of deer."  Others in the
article express a concern with the impact of deer.  Article is in _The
Patriot-News_ (Harrisburg, PA), for 19 July 1999, p.B16.

With a group of workers, in a manufacturing plant, located in Delaware,
I learned to understand that their plural for foreman is foremens.
