Looking for a dictionary in database format

Does anyone know of dictionary that's available in database (e.g.,
Access) format? I can find plenty of word lists, and there's no shortage
of look-up-a-word Web sites, but I want something that has words and
definitions and that I can host myself. Something based on the Scrabble
word list (which is what I use for my Word Prospector games; see
http://www.logophilia.com/WordPlay/WordProspector.html) would be ideal.
I'm happy to pay for it, too.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
