Roly: Can't really help beyond saying such a person should be called "person
with too much spare time." How about "triviaist" or "triviarium" (no, that
would be the place where he/she keeps his/her trivia). I give up.

        A colleague has asked me if there is a special term for an
        expert in trivia. Apart from triviaphile and triviologist,
        I have a nagging suspicion that I have seen such a word,
        perhaps in Josepha Heifetz ... Can anyone help?
