Eric Partridge (sp?) wrote a Dictionary of Unconventional English or someone reviewed it under that "title."  I believe that it is still in print but I do not recall by which publisher.  I believe that he also includes the usual scatological terminology that a gentleman uses only as appropriate and never in the actual or internet presence of a lady.

  Im interested in the origin in certain slang words often used to put out-of-power groups down, any ideas where the words "kike" or " dyke" come from?  I ask in all seriousness and would love a reference to a book of etymologial slang--?? Thanks marjab at mediaone.net
