Query by J. Wetenkamp: To help establish the isogloss, I can contribute the
Wissahickon Crick, which flows into the Schuylkill River below the Falls of
the Wissahickon (very attractive at this time of year); Schuylkill is a
tributary of the Delaware, junction of Schuylkill and Delaware Rivers formed
the original center of Philadelphia, PA. Right in back of my tiny little
property is Stony Crick which flows into the Delaware a few miles further
south. PA-NJ localism? Probably.
