Extreme sport; Food

For the record, we don't have _extreme sport_.  But that is partly
because some dictionaries have _extreme_ with a meaning to cover this.

The Barnhart Dictionary Companion and "Among the New Words," have
covered a variety of terms closely related to _extreme sport_.  In the
Dictionary Companion there are entries for extreme fight, -er, -ing;
Extreme Games (and its variant X Games); extreme skier, -ing.  In fact,
_extreme skiing_ is recorded as far back as 1985.
