like + past participle

Dear ADS Folks,

For an article on constructions with elliptical _like_ + past participle
(the infant likes picked up, children like held, the cat doesn't like
petted, do you like fed? etc.) my colleague, Tom Murray, and I would
appreciate hearing from anyone who uses such constructions, is in an
area where such constructions are in use, or is familiar with such
constructions.
