No-one should be sending attachments in binhex, except files that one Mac user
is sending to another known Mac user; binhex is Macintosh proprietary. The
universal attachment encodings for mail are base64 and quoted printable, and
uuencode is marginally acceptable because it became a sort of de facto Internet
transport encoding.
