Well, with an /r/, but not everything.  I'm trying to remember, but I'm pretty
sure the rhoticization was there, because it sounds so similar to something my
Bristol-born husband would say to his father in greeting.  The weatherman
sounded a lot like Eric Idle, which made it hard to keep a straight face during
the forecast anyway.
