On a completely different topic, does anyone know what @ (the e-mail symbol)
is called in other languages, and a rough translation?

So far--I'm collecting--I have

Italian: chiocciola = snail
Spanish: arroba = a unit of measure
Dutch: apestaartje = ape tail
French: arobase = ??does this mean anything else in French??

and, of course,
English: at, at sign, commercial at, each, apiece, rose, cabbage (any
others?)

Thanks,
Heather
