No, I never have.  Actually, "so very cool" might have occurred
without my processing it as an instance of what we're calling Gen-X
'so'.  I could imagine, for example, "I'm feeling so very tired".
But the others, where only the new 'so' could be involved, I'd
definitely have noticed.
