   My Australian tour group has the privilege of the oldest people now on the continent...Sydney is a combination of London & San Diego.
   Sydney bills itself as the world's most multiracial city.  It reflects itself in the cuisine, which is Japanese, Thai, American...everything but "Australian."

SUSHI HERO
  Yes, that's the name of the shop.  It has a "conveying sushi bar"--a little like those railroad cars--that delivers the dishes.

   JOHN DORY--grilled fillet, tartare sauce, lemon wedges.
   WHEELER DEALER--local 1/2 lobster and a fillet mignon.  ("Surf & Turf" to me--ed.)
   HOT PEPPER MARY--Russian peppered vodka, spicy tomato juice.

PIZZA SHOP (I forgot name--ed.)
   MEXICAN PIZZA--pepperoni, capiscum, onion, chilli, double cheese & tomato.
   NEW ZEALAND PIZZA--char grilled lamb, eggplant, spring onion, capiscum, fresh mint,mozzarrella on tomato base.
