Hong Kong cocktails (long!)

     This is from WHERE-HONG KONG, January 2000, pp. 23-24:

     While in town for a shoot, Clark Gable, already a household name, left a legacy to Hong Kong that is raising people's spirits even today.  As the tale goes, in 1955, during a break in the filming of _Soldier of Fortune_, the screen great introduced the screwdriver to the bartenders of Peninsula Hotel.  Though Hong Kong has no drinks associated with it--the way Singapore does with its eponymous "sling"--this city, being the international magnet that it is, continues to attract cocktail recipes from all over the world.  Just about every kind of blend, from the unusually exotic to the down right prosaic, can be had at one of Hong Kong's many watering holes.

     The article states that the Captain's Bar at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel came up with the NOTHING (vodka, peach liqueur, melon liqueur, pineapple juice), the Chin Chin Bar at the Hyatt Regency Hotel serves the PAPILLON (parfait amour, curacao blue, coconut milk, whipping cream, pineapple juice), Spices at the Repulse Bay Hotel serves the non-alcoholic REPULSE BAY REVIVER (orang juice, pineapple juice, mango juice, with ice and lemon), and Cafe Deco has, for three years, served SNICKERS (chocolate syrup, peanut butter, fresh milk, with ice and a mini Snickers bar).
   An ad for Vodka Bar in HK MAGAZINE, 7 January 2000, pg. 19, states "original choc. shots--mars bars kit-kat & mint."
