"Skinny cats" (smaller than "fat cats")

     "Skinny cats" was used in an article in the Washington Post, 21 January
2000, pg. C1.  The presidential campaign of Orrin Hatch originally wanted to
spurn a few "fat cats" for millions of "skinny cats."  The skinny--his
campaign needs money.
     Deja.com failed to turn up any "skinny cats."  This new political term's
a dog.
