The use of "3's" also applies when devising Presentation layouts, as I was
once told:
Tell the audience what you're going to tell them; then
Tell them; then
Tell them what you've just told them ;-).

One of the tallest Tallulah tales involves a public restroom. The story
goes that after finishing nature's call Tallulah realized there was no
toilet paper in the stall. Rapping on the wall separating the next one she
inquired of the occupant if she had any to spare. When the woman replied
that she too was out of luck Tallulah dug into her purse and said,
"Darling, do you have two fives for a ten?"
