I'm looking for some frequency info. . .

for American English. Specifically, phoneme-grapheme frequency. How often
is long a spelled "a" found, etc.

I've found phoneme frequency charts (Fry) but not phoneme-grapheme
frequency charts.

Now that "whole language" reading instruction is over and done in most of
the country this kind of information will be much more in demand, I
believe!
