First Published Use of "Internet"

I did some more searching.  The line between _Internet_ 'interconnection
of computer networks' and _Internet_ 'universal network of networks' is a
hard one to draw, but I find _Internet_ used in an ARPA context as early
as January 1977, when it appears in an article at pages 175-195 of the
journal _Computer Networks_.
