Philip Kolin, "The Pseudo-Suffix -oholic," American Speech 54 (1979):
74-76, gives a 1968 citation for _chocoholic_. This may be the same cite
that Merriam-Webster uses for its dating. I used to think that
_chocoholic_ was the first -ohlic coinage, but the RHHDAS has _sexoholic_
in 1963 and _New Yorkoholic_ (sorry, Barry!) in 1964.
