"Quoted-printable" is the only option that Eudora seems to offer. I've
turned it off here, to see how ç and é and £ are handled.

And, while we're on settings issues, why is it that Eudora wants my replies
to Grant's postings to go directly to Grant but it will cheerfully send
followups to anyone else to the whole list? (I fixed this one by hand...)
