ROMA

   "Divided Roma unable to agree on single political ideology" is in THE SLOVAK SPECTATOR, May 1-7, 2000, pg. 10, cols. 1-6.
   Many countries are requiring special visas for people from the Slovak Republic because of the "Roma problem" (as it's defined in col. 1).
   My Slovak guide called them "gypsies," not "Roma."
   "White society" is used in col. 2.
   Col. 3:  "For example, when one Roma 'upgrades' and becomes an educated and financially secure person, other Romas exclude him from their community and call him a 'white Roma.'"
