The ADS web site address is now working properly.

The admins at the University of Georgia (our hosting service provider) discovered
that Network Solutions had a stray host address registration record that was not
deleted when it should have been. I just finished a group traceroute from servers around
the world and all now lead directly to the correct address, confirming that the error
has been fixed.
