Note the 'mass plural' ("those tasty 'Chad'").  But if you go to the
site offering to sell you these high-fiber, low-fat goodies, you'll
see they're sold as mass items ("pieces of chad") and plurals
("election chads"), but not as 'mass plurals'.  Maybe you have to pay
extra for that.
