Beltway Battle (Battle of the Beltway)

    The Washington Redskins played the Baltimore Ravens today in an NFL game.
 It was called a "Beltway Battle," or "Battle of the Beltway."
    It was gonna be called a "Subway Series," but that didn't work.
    The Dow Jones database shows a "Beltway Battle" in the WASHINGTON POST,
1-24-1989, between George Mason University and George Washington University.
The BALTIMORE SUN, 2-25-1999, reported a "Beltway Battle" between Baltimore
Catholic and Washington Catholic.
   What's next, a Freeway Fight?  An Interstate Insurrection?
