Which, for those who don't know, is an English band.  _house-proud_
is also in the AHD.  I think we can safely say it's not an
Australianism.  I think the spelling 'assprad' can  be taken to be in
the same self-derisive vein as those Foster's lager commercials where
they give lessons in "Australian"  ("Foster's--Australian for beer").
