Oregon Spectator (1846-1854) in Poole's Plus

In the hope of reading the Times for citations I attempted to get a trial
run of 'Historical Newspapers Online' - they offer access (for a fee)
primarily to institutions but will consder private individuals under special
circumstances - only to have my application returned as 'undeliverable'. In
other words the e-mail address they offer doesn't seem to work.  Has anyone
else had this problem? As far as I know I filled out their form correctly,
added several lines of special pleading, and submitted it by hitting the
relevant button - or am I making some fundamental error?
