Request for texts/articles of authentic Appalachian/other American Dialect.

I am currently conducting a research on non-standard American English
expressions, and particularly on sentences reflecting the following
construction:
modal + have + past tense (instead of past participle)
Example: "I should have DID it sooner!"

This is the type of phrase used by a family originally from the Boone,
NC area.
Hence my questions: 1) Does this particular verbal structure reflect an
authentic part of the Appalachian speech?
                                2) Where could I find authentic material
(spoken or written) displaying that type of  expression?
