IIRC from my days in Economics 101, many years ago, there was a textbook,
written by a Swedish economist<?>, entitled "TANSTAAFL" (I think it may
have ahd to do with the concept of 'opportunity cost', but I could be as
wrong about this as I have been in my many economic prognostications since
;-).
