   Greetings once again from a Monday in the Library of Congress.  I'm waiting for my Natchitoches telephone books.
   Sorry if I missed "Beef Wellington" in the 1957 GOURMET COOKBOOK.  I have it, but didn't look because I thought Jean Anderson did.
   I requested some of the Russian cookbooks that I also had requested from the NYPL annex.
