TECHNOCRATI

The FINANCIAL TIMES, 9 February 2001, did a story about the "Texas Technocrati" in Austin.
   They're toast?

GUEST WORKER

Today's WALL STREET JOURNAL, 12 February 2001, pg. A17, has a story about "guest" labor (from Mexico). It's guest labor/ laborer/ work/ worker.
I don't like the term. Do you charge for a "guest room"? If you did charge, wouldn't that person be a "customer"?
