Blissfully ignorant is clueless. And I know there are others--many others I've heard my students use. I think maybe stoned and shit-faced are going in that direction adapted from other than natural states of blissful ignorance. Spaced. Spaced out. Zoned. Zoned out. In/ out of the zone. Tuned in/ out to that. In la-la land about that.
