mullet redux

I was just sent a power-point presentation on mullets--a sort of
pseudo-social-science piece of humor with lots that is potentially
offensive (classism, ablism, size-ism).  I'm not attaching it b/c not
everyone wants a 500k attachment in their mailbox (esp. if they don't have
powerpoint), but if you're interested let me know.  It includes other terms
for mullets (Mississippi mudflap, etc.)
