Ah, thanks for the reference.  The authors presented and circulated
the paper at the ADS meeting a few years ago but with the request "Do
Not Circulate", and I forgot to check with them later to see if it
had been published.  I'm glad to see it has been--it's a very nice
paper and most suitable for classroom use.
