Spot?

This article has me stumped. I'm probably about to be embarrassed, but what the hell
is a "spot"?

A Bupa spokeswoman said: "A colleague found the nurses squeezing the spots of a
patient who was in the surgery recovery room

"The colleague suggested that it wasn't a good thing to do and reported them to the
general manager. They were suspended while the complaint was investigated.

"They were reprimanded but are now back at work. The patient was put in no danger
and there was no harm done.

"The nurses are really, really, embarrassed and so is the hospital."
