hamburg apologies

I mistakenly said that DARE says nothing about 'hamburg'--it says a lot!
When I went to look in DARE, I picked up the H-O volume of RHDAS instead
(they're right next to each other on my shelf).  Sorry for the bother!

I see that I come from solid 'hamburg' country--it's fairly particular to
the Northeast.
