I have it as caught by A. A. Hill.  I thought I might have taken it
from Donna Christian's paper, but I see on checking that I didn't.
The only other possibility is that it was contributed (with the
attribution to A. A. Hill) by someone in an ads-l thread from years
past.  Anyone remember?
