I agree. Sagehen (or grouse), if it's half as good as Ruffed or Spruce
grouse, which occasionally meet with accidents in our part of the world and
end up on the supper table, would be very good indeed.  It's considerably
bigger, for one thing!  Those are real accidents, BTW, like flying
full-tilt into a window and breaking its neck (and in one instance, the
window, as well).
