"History of Fillibustering"

   There's a long "History of Fillibustering" in CALIFORNIA DIARY OF GENERAL E. D. TOWNSEND (1970), Malcolm Edwards ed., Ward Ritchie Press, Los Angeles.  Townsend (1817-1893) wrote between 1851-1856.
   It's on page 91.  If I get a request, I'll go to NYU tonight and copy it here.
