The field records from the Linguistic Atlas of the Pacific Northwest have the
following items:
Seattle -- hayseed, hick (2), and country hick
Bothell -- backwoodsman
Sequin -- hayseed
Black Diamond -- hick
Yokel was found in Lyndon and Waitsburg
Coeur d'Alene has "hick from the sticks"
Spokane has "hayseed"
"Hayseed" and "hick" are the most common with 16 and 13 responses
respectively. There are a total of 19 separate responses to the question,
with no clear regional distribution.
Hope this helps.
