Singing Revolution

SINGING REVOLUTION
   Estonia gained independence about ten years ago, in August 1991.  It was called the Singing Revolution.  I just toured the place where singing competitions are held.
   OED has _Velvet Revolution_, but nothing whatsoever for _Singing Revolution_.

CAFE
   My tour guide said that Tallinn had a _cafe_ in about 1703, and that this dates before Paris.  It depends on what you call a _cafe_, I guess.
