   It turns up only at the University of Pittsburgh.
   The New York Public Library has an awful interlibrary loan service that takes forever (the people who worked there either quit or were fired to save money).
   If someone on this list from Pittsburgh can't look at this book (Douglas Wilson?), maybe Gerald Cohen can interlibrary loan it?
