amber/yellow lights

Amber and yellow are both noted in OED as designating "caution" for
traffic lights.  The OED labels yellow as U.S. but does not label amber.

World Book Dictionary notes yellow light but not amber light.

DARE doesn't have amber and isn't down to the Y's yet.
