DR. CHASE'S RECIPES

I'll have to go through all of the many editions of this book, especially the 1887 third edition in the Library of Congress. The NYPL showed me 1867 (which had a "saloon department") and 1920 (which took the alcoholic drinks out). Is there a "martini" in 1887?
