If you went down to the MN Sec. of State's office and asked a clerk for
this year's "Legislative Manual", I'll bet they'd have to think about
it.... Oh, you mean the blue book.

And-uh, last weekend I was at a B&B in WI with a small library, including a
few old WI blue books, clearly entitled "The Blue Book/19xx-19yy".
