More 9.11-Related Words

I just heard Defense Secretary Rumsfeld (press conference on MSNBC,
9-25-2001) use "asymmetrical" as an adjective descriptive of targets related
to the terrorist groups who are involved with the recent attacks.  It seems
to be intended to differentiate such targets from traditional national
targets in previous wars; why these would be considered "symmetrical" I
don't know.  Whence and wherefore this usage I cannot say, but the Pentagon
likes to come up with new stuff like this.
