No relation to this writer, although both our surnames come ultimately from
the same source, the town of Landau in Germany.

Amusingly, the Johnson and Johnson attorney (now in private practice) who
used to write letters to anyone failing to capitalize "Band-Aid" is named
Norman St. Landau.  His family converted to Catholicism several generations
ago, which is how they acquired the "St.".
